HTML Emails       In 2010 I was tasked as the sole designer for CRC Press's fledgling email marketing program. Starting with fewer than 50 per month, the number of HTML emails increased to ~75 per month in the first year, and ~175 per month by summer 2012. After training two other designers in my department, our combined output climbed to an average of 230 individual HTML emails per month in 2015, with peak months exceeding 300. In addition to bulk and custom email design, I was also the final person to review, edit, and prepare each email our team created before uploading the HTML code to our Email Service Providers for deployment.

An audit revealed that I've personally designed approximately 4,500 individual emails of the estimated 12,000 produced by our team over a period of 6 years. (A staggering volume for just three designers.) In order to maintain this high output, I developed multiple branded HTML files that were used as foundations for the most requested email layouts; streamlined the steps required for creating, collecting, and preparing product images; and continuously tweaked the tracking and approval processes to maximize efficiency and ensure completion of our team's scheduled workload.
