July 12th - Damage caused by the storm surge from Hurricane Dennis.

July 12th - First fish of the trip, a Bonnethead shark.

July 12th - This was the last time I saw my hand gaff. Chris lost his grip on the handle, and the shark swam away with the gaff in it's mouth. Thanks Bro!

 

July 13th - Heading out on the 23-ft Angler boat we rented.

 

July 13th - Yep, another Nurse in the late afternoon.

 

July 13th - Chris and I were stalking Bonefish when one tailed 10 feet to my left.

 

July 13th - Chris casting his fly towards a small pod of fish.

 

July 14th - A little Spotted Moray that Rick brought up from the reef.

 

July 14th - Joe just had to beat Rick with a larger Moray just a few minutes later.

 

July 14th - Rick hooked into a Bonito that came up in the chum slick.

 

July 14th - We have a bleeder!

 

July 14th - Chris caught this black grouper that measured just a 1/2 inch under the minimum required to keep it.

 

July 14th - Rick released this small Nassau grouper.

 

July 14th - Steven with a keeper Mangrove Snapper.

 

July 14th - I had a pretty big fish on here, but it ran for the rocks and cut my line.

 

July 14th - We had a large school of Speedos feeding on our chum.

 

July 14th - When you're tired, anything is comfortable.

 

July 14th - We stopped by the Alligator Reef lighthouse for a quick swim before heading back to the dock.

 

July 15th - The entire gang, all 29 of us!
